Three of our partners focus on assisting companies in negotiation and compromise between employers and employees. Anticipating sources of conflict, by means of dialogue and drawing on the court experience of each of the lawyers in this department, helps integrate personal and employment relationships into corporate strategies.

Collective relationships:

  • Implementation of staff representative institutions
  • Conduct of collective and trade union bargaining within the company
  • Preparation and optimisation of employment consequences of reorganisations and corporate restructurings

LITIGATION ACTIVITIES:

  • Employment tribunal litigation (dismissal, formal acknowledgment by an employee of the termination of his employment contract, judicial termination, harassment, discrimination, etc.)
  • Collective dismissal litigation
  • Collective litigation: elections in the workplace, functioning of works council, trade union organisations
  • Social security litigation: disputing accidents and sickness in the workplace, URSSAF adjustment
  • Criminal liability of the head of the business (offense of obstruction, health and safety, etc.)
