He runs a department that specialises in corporate secretarial
duties and can put in place complex solutions and provide effective follow-up.

After spending two years as financial counsel with building
developers, Eric Lapchin joined the tax department of Arthur Andersen
in 1984, where he became Director in 1988.
He founded his own firm in 1989.
In 2005 he took part in the formation of Nove7.
Eric LAPCHIN holds a master’s degree in law (Paris), a postgraduate
diploma (DEA) in public finance, taxation and international taxation,
a diploma in higher accounting studies (DECS) and a degree in economic
sciences.
