From her preceding appointment, she developed extensive experience in advising family groups or companies’ directors on passing on
and restructuring of their assets. Valérie FAREZ also advises and assists French and foreign companies in their day-to-day activities
(cash-flow restructuring, stock-options plans or various profit-sharing plan, tax consolidation regime) or restructuring schemes.
She also assists many individuals or companies in their relationships to the tax authorities (from tax audit to dispute).

Valérie FAREZ began her career in 2003 within the Law firm Landwell in the department “International Assignment Solutions”,
which she left in 2006 to join the Law firm Lefèvre Pelletier and Associés to return to a more general practise of the taxation.
She has been integrated the tax team of Nove7 since May 2008.
She is titular of a postgraduate Law Degree in Companies Taxation of the University of Paris IX - Dauphine.
